Committee Members

Hardwicke Early Years Committee

Our committee members are trustees of the Setting (charity) and as such are accountable for the operation of the Setting.
We are made up of voluntary parents and members of the local community

As a team the committee carries out the responsibilities set out by the constitution.

The committee have to hold an Annual General Meeting and meet at least 3 times within the year, they discuss all aspects of the Setting including, finances, policies & procedures and fundraising events.

Chair

Works closely with the setting Manager.
Leads and organises committee meetings
Supports staff and committee members
Represents the committee to outside bodies/Ofsted

Vice Chair

Supports Chair and works closely alongside them.

Treasurer

Will be a signatory to sign bank statements
Prepares the charity's accounts
Prepares the budgets and reports for the AGM.
